APPOINTING SPECIAL POLICE OFFICERS
WHEREAS, there is a need for Special Law Enforcement Officers in the Borough
of Carteret; and
WHEREAS, N.1.S.A.40A:14- 146.10 allows for the appointment of Special Law
Enforcement Officers; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council that the following
are hereby appointed Special Law Enforcement Officers for the Borough of
Carteret:
MARK CALDAS
JOSEPH DEQUARTO
JASON NIELSEN
BE IF FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution take effect August 20, 2012.
Adopted this 6` day of September, 2012
and certified as a true copy of the
original on September 7, 2012.
