AUTHORIZING SUBMISSION OF AN APPLICATION FOR THE 2012
MUNICIPAL ENGINEERING PROJECT OF THE YEAR AWARD
WHEREAS, the Borough is desirous of endorsing John P. DuPont, Director of
Engineering in a submission to the New Jersey Society of Municipal Engineers for the
2012 Municipal Engineering Project of the Year Awards Program with regard to his
engineering management of the Borough of Carteret's Health & Wellness Center Project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough
Carteret as follows:
That the Borough endorses John P. DuPont as the Engineer in responsible
charge of the management of the Borough of Carteret's Health &
Wellness Center Project.
2. Further, the Borough consents to the submission of an award application
for the management of the Borough of Carteret's Health & Wellness
Center Project to the New Jersey Society of Municipal Engineers for the
_ "2012 Municipal Engineering Project of the Year Awards Program.
3. That a certified copy of this Resolution be forwarded to John P. DuPont
for submission with the within award application.
Adopted this 20" day of September, 2012
and certified as a true copy of the
original on September 21, 2012.
