AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR TIlE PURCF~%SE OF
EQUIPMENT FOR THE BOROUG~ OF CARTERET, COUNTY OF
MIDDLESEX, NEW J'IgRSEY, APPROPRIATING $25,000
FROM THE CA.PITi~L IMPROVIgMENT FUND-FUND BJ%LANCE
FOR THE COST THEREFOR.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOROUGH COUNCIL OF THE BOROUGH OF
CARTERET iN THE COUNTY OF MIDDLESEX, STATE OF NEW J~RSmY,
FOLLOWS:

? SECTION !. The Borough of Carteret, in the County of
[ Middlesex, New Jersey, hereby authorizes the purchase of
', equipment together with all purposes necessary, incidental
or appurtenant thereto,
SECTION 2. For said improvements or purposes, there is
hereby appropriated the sum of $25,000 which amount is made
available from the C '~
apical improvement Fund-Fund B ~
SECTION 3.

The Capital Budget of the Borough is hereby
conform with the ~ ~ ~ '
pr~vzs±ons of this Ordinance to

SECTION 4. The purposes described in Section 1 herein are
nob current expenses. These are all improvements that the
Borough may ~awfui!y undertake as General Improvements, and

assessed on property specially benefited thereby.
SECTION 5. This Ordinance shall take effect as provided by
