ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE LEASE
OF CE~AIN REAL PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED, the ~ayor and Council of the F~rough of Carteret (the
"Borough") have determined that there exists certain property ~ich
it wishes to lease to be used as a cellular co~nnunications tower site;
and
BE IT ORDAINED, the Borough has bid said property; and
BE IT ORDAINED, Sprint Spectrums, L.P. has been determined to be the
highest responsible bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED by the ~i~yor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret as follows:
1.) Yhe attached lease and addendu~s between Sprint Spectr~m~
and the Borough of Csrteret are hereby approved.
2.) 7he biayor and b~unicipal Clerk are authorized to execute
said lease and addendur~s on behalf of the Borough.
3.) ii, is Ordinance shall ts]ce effect as provided by law.
