RESOLUTION NO. 2021-05-01
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TOWN STAFF TO REVIEW AND UPDATE THE
RENTAL AGREEMENT AND RENTAL FEES FOR THE FRASER HISTORIC
CHURCH/COMMUNITY CENTER
WHEREAS, the Fraser Historic Church/Community Center is a town owned amenity and the
policy and procedures for public use shall be reviewed and updated periodically
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF FRASER,
COLORADO THAT:
1. The Town Board authorizes the town staff to update the rental agreement and fees as
warranted to cover the cost required to administer the facility. The staff will advise the
Board of any subsequent changes.
2. The proposed rental fees and rental agreement are attached.
