SUMMARY STATEMENT:
As a recipient of Federal financial assistance, and particularly the ICDBG, the City of McCall is required to comply with various non-discrimination laws and regulations, including Title
VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and Title II (State and Local Government Services) of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Part of the requirement is to develop and implement
an ADA Grievance Procedure and a Title VI Complaint Procedure
Attached is Resolution 13-03: adopting the TITLE VI Discrimination Complaint and ADA Grievance Procedures for the City of McCall
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
1. Approve Resolution 13-03 adopting the TITLE VI Discrimination Complaint and ADA Grievance Procedures and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
