Part of the requirement is to develop and implement an ADA Grievance Procedure and a Title VI Complaint Procedure Attached is Resolution 13-03: adopting the TITLE VI Discrimination Complaint and ADA Grievance Procedures for the City of McCall  RECOMMENDED ACTION: 1. Approve Resolution 13-03 adopting the TITLE VI Discrimination Complaint and ADA Grievance Procedures and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.  RECORD OF COUNCIL ACTION  MEETING DATE ACTION  June 24, 2010 The Affirmative Action Plan and the Limited English Proficiency Plan were approved  December 2, 2010 Resolution 10-26, a Non-Discrimination Policy Statement in compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 was adopted  October 20, 2011 Council approved Resolution 11-18 adopting a Fair Housing Policy  December 15, 2011 Council approved Resolution 11-24 adopting a Section 504 Transition plan
