SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The Department of Commerce requires periodic Request for Funds and progress reports for reimbursement through the ICDBG program. Request for Funds #3 is for engineering services for
January, March, and April, 2013 and construction of a portion of the Spring, 2013 Third St. Corridor Revitalization Project. Attached is the request for funds form and progress report.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve submission of Request for Funds #3 and Progress Report for the Third St. Corridor Revitalization Project and authorized the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
