The Cape Cod Commission will hold a public hearing Thursday, May 28 , 2020 at 3 : 00 p . m . on a citizen 's
petition proposing to amend the 2018 Regional Policy plan entitled "Petition to Focus the Cape Cod Regional
Policy Plan on Addressing Climate Change" submitted pursuant to Chapter C of the Code of Cape Cod
Commission Regulations of General Application . At this hearing, the Commission will hear testimony on the
petition and may vote whether to approve, approve with modifications or deny the proposed amendments
presented in the petition .
Pursuant to Governor Baker's Executive Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting law
dated March 12 , 2020, the Cape Cod Commission will hold this hearing by virtual means . The virtual hearing
may be accessed in one of two ways :

Anyone wishing to testify orally will be welcome to do so . Written comments may also be submitted prior to
