SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Last October 25, 2013, City council adopted Resolution 12-19 authorizing the Mayor to enter into, on behalf of the City of McCall, a “Governmental Equipment Lease-Purchase Agreement”
and a “Non-Appropriation Addendum” with Western States Equipment. Public Works neglected to have City council approve the award to Western States and request that they do so now.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Award Bid Number PW 13-03 – Heavy Equipment Lease/Purchase to Western States Equipment and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
