SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Council adopted a tentative budget in the amount of $17,046,469 on July 12, 2013.
The FY14 Tentative budget includes the growth and annexation property tax amounts from the county Clerk, the 3% property tax increase, and the entire available foregone amount. The 6
year Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) includes detailed project worksheets for each capital project in the CIP. The proposed FY14 budget has $9,944 of the 3% increase and the entire
foregone amount programmed for capital projects included in the CIP. The CIP identifies necessary capital improvement and capital projects as well as the funding sources for these projects.
The recommended FY14 Local Option Tax (LOT) funding from the LOT Commission includes the funding adjustments as recommended by the Council on July 12, 2013.
