SUMMARY STATEMENT:
At the June 27, 2013 City Council Meeting the City Manager proposed that the City consider contracting with Boise State University (BSU) and Cameron Arial, PhD Candidate at BSU to develop
a Comprehensive Capital Facilities Finance Plan. The plan will be used in connection with the City’s 10 year Capital Facilities Plan that is currently in development. The Council directed
staff to pursue a contract with BSU and Mr. Arial. Attached is the contract to develop a Comprehensive Capital Facilities Finance Plan. The contract was developed by the City Attorney.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the contract with Boise State University (BSU) and Cameron Arial, PhD Candidate at BSU to develop a Comprehensive Capital Facilities Finance Plan and authorize the Mayor to sign
all necessary documents.
