On June 3 , 2020 at 4 : 00 p . m . , the Assembly of Delegates will hold a virtual public hearing on
the following Proposed Ordinance Nos . 20 - 08 : Rooftop Solar Lease 1St District Building -
Barnstable ; 20 - 09 : Rooftop Solar Lease County Lab Building -Barnstable ; 20 - I06 Rooftop Solar
Lease Registry of Deeds Building - Barnstable ; 20 - 11 : Canopy Solar Lease County Main
Campus Parking Lot - Barnstable ; 2042 : Ground Mounted Solar Lease County Farm -
Barnstable ; 20 - 13 : Canopy Solar Lease Rock Harbor 2„d District Building — Rock Harbor
Orleans ; 20 - 14 : Rooftop Solar Lease 2 "d District Building — Rock Harbor Orleans .
The virtual public hearing will be open to anyone wishing to testify or make public
comment on the proposed ordinances . The full text of the proposed ordinances have been
electronically distributed to the Town Cleric of each town in Barnstable County , are also
available on the Assembly web page , including instructions on accessing the public hearing and
will be detailed on the Assembly meeting agenda of May 20 , 2020 and located at
https : //www .barnstablecounty . ora/regional- 2overiullent/assembly -of- delegates/assembly-of-
deleRates- agendas -minutes/ . Comments can also be emailed to joconnell @barnstablecounty . org
by Noon on or before the date of the virtual public hearing . The virtual public hearing and
Assembly meeting will be live streamed via YouTube and can also be accessed via the county
web page .
