SUMMARY STATEMENT:
At the July 26, 2013 City Council Work Session, the Council began the process of reviewing and editing a proposed Governance Manual. Since that work Session the City Attorney has made
some recommendations for edits to the proposed Governance Manual. Jim McNall, from ICRMP, has reviewed the manual as well and will present some suggestions to Council in an attempt
to streamline the manual. Mr. McNall will also give some guidelines for some procedural items. This presentation is designed to assist the Council with their process of developing the
Governance Manual.
Attached is the Manual that has incorporated some of the attorney’s suggested edits as well as some of the Clerk’s suggested edits.
