SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Idaho Code §67-5732A allows the conveyance of surplus personal property to other state and local agencies. Annually City staff identifies several items as surplus property. Public Works
has determined that the 1984 Ford Dump Truck no longer serves the needs of the department and would like to sell the truck to the City of Donnelly.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt Resolution 13-16 authorizing the sale of surplus property and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
