SUMMARY STATEMENT:
At the June 27, 2013, City Council meeting, the Council approved funding for a Comprehensive Capital Facilities Finance Plan to aid the City in following recommended best practices,
achieve the lowest borrowing costs, and provide validation for its decision-making while developing a Capital Facilities Plan. The plan will be be developed by Boise State University,
PhD candidate, Cameron Arial. The City Manager will introduce Mr. Arial at this meeting, and he will speak briefly about this project. Mr. Arial currently serves on the Associated Tax
Payers of Idaho Board of Directors, Idaho Council of Governments Board of Directors, and Idaho Technology Council.
