The Invitation to Bid included specific instructions to the bidders regarding the requirements of the lease, the non-appropriations addendum, and the guaranteed buy-back provisions. The bid opening was on August 13, 2013. Three bids (Burks Tractor, CESCO, and Western States Equipment) were received and were reviewed by the Public Works Director. At the August 22, 2013 City Council meeting, City Council awarded Bid Number PW 13-07 to Western States Equipment. Included are Resolution 13-17, the draft lease agreement, non-appropriation addendum, and buy-back letter for your review. Legal counsel has reviewed these documents.  RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve Resolution 13-17 authorizing the Mayor to enter into, on behalf of the City of McCall the lease agreement, the non-appropriations addendum, and the buy-back letter, with CAT Financial Services Corporation and sign all necessary documents.
