The site within the property is stabilized but not all of the disturbed areas. On a lot fronting a pubic street, stabilization includes not just the property but the R.O.W. shoulder that was disturbed. So, all areas obviously disturbed as part of the construction process for this project must be stabilized. The straw covered seed used withing the lot property limits is acceptable. The driveway was not installed. To the best of my knowledge we've never allowed the temporary stabilization method of straw covered seed. So, please advise if you wish the driveway to be installed per plan or allow another method of stabilization. The sparse covering of straw over seed in the area of the driveway is not acceptable. Between my site visit last evening and my communication this morning, I have 1/2 hour. Hopefully reinspection and resolution will not entail more than another 1/2 hour. Downer 912 695 -7262. However, I am not proposing to block the issusance of a CO with the following understanding. 1 the swales in place appear to have high spots but should not hinder site drainage. They do have high spots that I believe will hinder drainage. However the runoff should only affect the downstream lot(s) where the high spots are. The swales should be installed already on these lots and will be prior to my or Joe's accepting these lots as eligible for a CO. As the swales on these lots can easily be installed prior to home building, I will not object to a CO on the current lot at this time. 2. the final stabilization is in the form of wild grasses and weeds instead of sod or permanent grassing. The ground cover is actually permanent as it maintains a presence year round. Its just not the more formal grass cover homeowners prefer. Weed growth is acceptable per the State's ordinances that we enforce. As long as the weeds are cut in accordance with the City's ordinances, this is not an issue. 3. only the areas of drainage directly effecting 1230A was inspected. The ignition barrier must be consistent with the requirements for the type of construction required by the applicable code and must be installed in a manner so that the foam plastic insulation is not exposed. Icynene LD -C- 50 may be installed in unvented attics in accordance with IRC Section R806.4. 4.4.2 Application without a Prescriptive Ignition Barrier: Where Icynene LD -C -50 is installed in an attic or crawl space without a prescriptive ignition barrier, in accordance with Sections 4.4.2.1, 4.4.2.2 and 4.4.3, the following conditions apply: 1.
