SUMMARY STATEMENT:
This item was tabled at the August 22, 2013 City Council Meeting. The Mayor and Council adopted the current Personnel Policy Manual on November 4, 2009. During the Governance Seminar
with Stan McNutt, it was identified that there is no provision in either the McCall City Code or in the McCall Personnel Policy Manual giving the Department Heads the authority to hire
and terminate employees within their department. It has also been identified that there are other areas of the Personnel Policy Manual that need to be revised and or updated.

RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve Resolution No. 13-15 adopting the revised Personnel Policy Manual and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
