SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Mayor Bailey requests that the Council discuss the “Tomlinson Dock” parked on City Beach next to Marina. The issue of this small dock has come up several times over the past six years
or so. See the attached Memo form Mayor Bailey and the copies of two memos by Lindley Kirkpatrick, the lease agreement with the Marina owners, a partial copy of a lakefront drawing
made for the Legacy Park project. There is also a State Submerged Lands Lease for the Marina owners, which runs with the City lease. It covers the submerged lands under the marina
docks, etc from the high water mark.
RECOMMENDED ACTION
Mayor Bailey requests that the Council review the documents related to the “Tomlinson Dock” and make a determination if further action should be taken.
