SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The Central Idaho Historical Museum’s (CIHM) twenty-year lease will expire at the end of this month on October 31, 2013. The Parks and Recreation Director worked extensively with the
CIHM Board of Directors to craft a lease which is amenable to both parties. The new lease is for a term of five years including an additional five year renewal option. The Parks and
Recreation Department will continue to provide grounds and irrigation maintenance.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the lease with the Central Idaho Historical Museum for 5 years and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
