SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The City of McCall entered into an agreement (attached) with the property owner, Vicki Wade, of the McCall Mall on November 13, 2008 as a result for a trash enclosure approval and an
encroachment of the enclosure on City property.
The City and the property owner both agreed to complete a number of items within the agreement. There are still a number of items that have not been completed by the property owner and
the City has not completed the pathway items due to a lack of funding. Staff contacted the City Attorney about the issue since voluntary compliance and regular communication was not
working.
The City Attorney has reviewed the extension of the agreement. The additional time will allow staff to further examine the situation and hopefully the remaining items can be completed.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the Addendum to Agreement between Vicki Wade, dba McCall Mall and the City of McCall.
