Therefore, Spink-Butler Attorneys at Law have prepared the attached Amended and Restated Development Agreement. The McCall Area Planning and Zoning Committee held a public hearing on November 12, 2013 and unanimously recommended the proposed Amended and Restated Development Agreement for approval to the City Council without a second public hearing. Attached find: 1. Redlined original Development Agreement with explanations of changes. 2. Proposed Amended and Restated Development Agreement. 3. June 26, 2013 letter from City Engineer stating outstanding project conditions.  RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve the Granite Falls Condominium Amended and Restated Development Agreement and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
