SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Idaho Code §67-5732A allows the conveyance of surplus personal property to other state and local agencies. Annually City staff identifies several items as surplus property. The Airport
Manager has determined that the Non-Directional Beacon (NDB) transmitter and associated transformer no longer serves the needs of the department and would like to sell the NDB transmitter
and associated transformer to the Laporte Municipal Airport in Indiana.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt Resolution 13-19 authorizing the sale of the Non-Directional Beacon (NDB) transmitter and associated transformer to the Laporte Municipal Airport in Indiana and authorize the Mayor
to sign all necessary documents.
