SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The current lease with the Mile High Marina will expire in 2017. During the lease renewal process, it is the intent to resolve the Tomlinson dock issue. Staff recommends that the City
work with the City Attorney to resolve the issue during the lease renewal process.
