SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Idaho Code §67-5732A allows the conveyance of surplus personal property to other state and local agencies. Annually City staff identifies several items as surplus property. The Police
Department has determined that the selected Winter Patrol Jackets no longer serves the needs of the department and would like to donate them to a men’s shelter in Boise.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt Resolution 13-21 authorizing the donation of the surplused selected Winter Patrol Jackets to a men’s shelter in Boise, and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
