SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The purpose of this Work Session is to work through some final discussion points of the proposed Governance Manual. A memo from staff has been prepared to assist the Council in working
through the Governance Manual, focusing only on the areas that have yet to be clarified and agreed upon by all Members of the Council (attached).
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Make any additional changes to the document and have staff prepare a Resolution to adopt the Governance Manual at the next Council Meeting.
