SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The City of McCall has been awarded Idaho Community Development Block Grant funding from the Idaho Department of Commerce for streetscape, storm water, sidewalk, and water system improvements
on Third Street.
This past fall, the first phase of the project was completed. The work included the construction of new water mains and storm water systems.
Final design is being completed with staff review at the end of the month. The project is anticipated to be put out to bid in February 2013. Construction is anticipated to start in the
late spring and substantial completion would be before the July 4th holiday.
Construction drawings will be provided at the City Council meeting.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
None required. City Staff will give a brief status update of this project to City Council.
