SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Ordinance No 905 was adopted by City Council on October 25, 2012. Ordinance 905 was a Category A annexation for zoning upon annexation of seven parcels located to the west of the Ski
Ranch Subdivision (zoned RR –Rural Residential and R4 Low Density Residential). When Ordinance 905 was sent to the Idaho State Commission, the Commission sent a letter stating that
there was a discrepancy with the ordinance’s legal description. Garrett Mapp, the City’s GIS Analyst has corrected the legal descriptions and has worked with the Tax Commission to ensure
that the legal descriptions are accurate.
Attached are the Ordinance, Ordinance Summary and the letter from the State Tax Commission.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Suspend the rules, read by title only, one time only, Ordinance No. ___.
Adopt Ordinance No.____, correcting Ordinance No. 905 which established a Category A annexation for zoning upon annexation of seven parcels located to the west of the Ski Ranch Subdivision,
approve the publication of the summary, and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents
