SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The Idaho Department of Commerce requires formal requests for reimbursement of grant funds as well as periodic progress reports in order to release grant funds to the project sponsor.
The reimbursement request and progress report for the period from October to December 31, 2012 are attached. This request covers the construction of the Fall, 2012, Water and Stormwater
Improvement Project.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve submission of Request for Funds No. 2 and Progress Report for the Third Street Corridor Revitalization Project and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
