SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The US Bank Visa card currently used by City Department Heads is tied to each card holders Social Security number as well as to the City. The One Card is underwritten solely to the City
and best fits the needs of the City and Department Heads to be used for City charges related to travel and goods and services related to City business activities such as online purchases,
etc.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Authorize the Treasurer to submit the application to US Bank for the One Card and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
