SUMMARY STATEMENT:
At the March 14, 2013 City Council Meeting, the Council reviewed a draft contract for Solid Waste Management with Lake Shore Disposal. Council gave feed back to staff and the City Attorney
as to what they would like to have changed in the contract.
Everette Arter of Lake Shore Disposal gave comments and asked for changes within the proposed contract.
The City Attorney has reviewed and updated the attached draft contract.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the contract with Lake Shore Disposal and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
