SUMMARY STATEMENT:
At the March 14, 2013 City Council Meeting, Council worked through the draft Waste Management Code amendment. Council directed the City Attorney to incorporate some changes to the draft
code amendment. The attached draft code amendment has been reviewed by the City Attorney.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Direct City Attorney to prepare the Waste Management code amendment in ordinance form for adoption at the next regular meeting of the City Council.
