ORDINANCE NO. 2496
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE ADDITION OF A SECTION OF 127TH
STREET FROM NORMANTOWN ROAD, EAST TO THE VILLAGE LIMITS TO
THE MUNICIPAL STREET SYSTEM OF THE VILLAGE OF PLAINFIELD
FROM WHEATLAND TOWNSHIP.
WHEREAS, the Village of Plainfield and Wheatland Township under the date of July 18, 2005,
entered into an agreement for the transfer of jurisdiction of a section of 127" Street from Normantown
Road, east to the Village limits, to the Municipal Street System.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF PLAINFIELD, AS FOLLOWS:
I. That the section of 127`" Street from Normantown Road, east to the Village limits be
added to the Municipal Street System.
II. The Village Clerk is directed to forward a certified copy of this Ordinance to the State of
Illinois through it District office in Schaumberg, Illinois
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval as
required by law.
