REGULAR MEETING MINUTES
April 1, 2004
Following Truckee Town Council Meeting
Town Administrative Center
10183 Truckee Airport Road, Truckee, CA
1. CALL TO ORDER - Chair Susman called the meeting to order at 6:45 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL: Board Members Owens, Ingalls, Florian, Vice Chair Threshie, and
Chair Susman.
Also Present: Administrative Services Director, David Heath; Town
Manager/Executive Director, Steve Wright; and Redevelopment Agency Secretary,
Judy Price.
3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE - Deferred
4. PUBLIC COMMENT - None
5. PRESENTATIONS - None
6. CONSENT CALENDAR
It was moved by Councilmember Florian, seconded by Councilmember
Owens, and unanimously carried to approved the Consent Calendar as
follows:
6.1 Accepted the Truckee Redevelopment Agency Annual Financial Statements for the
year ending June 30, 2003.
5.2 Approved Minutes July 24, 2003

7. ADJOURNMENT - at 6:47 p.m.
It was moved by Councilmember Ingalls, seconded by Councilmember Owens and
unanimously carried to adjourn to the regular meeting of the Truckee Town
Redevelopment Agency April 15, 2004, following the Regular Town Council Meeting
at Town Hall, 10183 Truckee Airport Road, Truckee, CA.
