SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The election of a new Mayor and Council President requires the Council to update the list of signatories on
the City of McCall’s bank accounts.
Resolution 15-14 authorizes the newly appointed City Manager, Nathan Coyle, to sign checks and other
disbursements.
The signature authority for Jackie J. Aymon, Mayor, Nic Swanson, Council President, and Linda Stokes,
City Treasurer, remains unchanged; however the bank requires that when any changes are made all
signatories must sign again.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt Resolution No. 15-14 designating the City Manager as a signatory on the City of McCall’s bank
accounts and authorize the Mayor, Council President, City Manager, and City Treasurer to sign all necessary
documents.
