AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 8-28
OF THE GREENCASTLE CITY CODE
REGARDING LOADING ZONES
WHEREAS, Old National Bank has requested that the loading zone on Indiana Street
between Washington Street and Franklin Street be relocated from the center of the block on the east
side to the first parking space north of Washington Street directly in front of the bank; and
NOW THEREFORE be it ordained that the third loading zone listed in the current Schedule
of Loading Zones should be amended to read:
Indiana Street One space on the east side immediately north of Washington
Street
All other loading zones listed in §8 -28 in the schedule of loading zones shall remain in full
force and effect.
This Ordinance shall have full force and effect upon passage of the Greencastle Common
Council and its approval by the Mayor.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Common Council of the City of Greencastle, Indianathis

Hanna Street North side adjacent to service door at Rector Hall and south side of
Washington Street, west of Jackson Street
Indiana Street One (1) space north of the crosswalk on the east side betwee;
Washington Street and Franklin Street
Indiana Street Two (2) spaces on the west side immediately south of Washingtoi
Street
Jackson Street One (1) space on the west side immediately south of Franklin Street
Vine Street One (1) space on the east side immediately north of Seminary Street
Walnut Street Two (2) spaces on the north side in the middle of the block betwee,
Indiana Street and Jackson Street (Ord. No. 86-18, § 443 -45, 8-18
Washington Street One (1) space on the south side between Market Street and Jackson
Street (Ord. No. 86-18, § 443 -45, 8- 18-86)
