The enclosed memorandum provides an update to City Council as to the status and estimated timeline for completion of a utilities rate study. Of note, the memorandum references a separate
document that will notify utility billing customers of the ongoing rates study. This document will be provided to Council members at the Council meeting on January 8, 2014.
