The Developers are requesting a long-term lease agreement be entered into between the City and the Developers, or their designee, for a term of not less than 65 years at an annual rental rate of $1 if funding is awarded for the project and subject to conditions outlined in the letter of commitment. The concept of affordable housing and community space is consistent with the 2005 McCall City Campus Plan. The specific site plan and design would be determined if funding is awarded, and the Developers would work with City staff on the details. The project also requires approval through the Design Review with a public hearing process.
