SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The McCall Redevelopment Agency (MRA) has spent considerable time discussing the property they own outside the current district and aligning the MRA boundary with the current CBD zoning.
The Board directed staff to begin the process of bringing in the identified six adjacent parcels into the district. The process is outlined in a separate sheet (“Timeline and Process
for Plan Development for MRA Boundary Expansion”).
The resolution determines that the six parcels adjacent to existing railroad are in a deteriorated and/or deteriorating area within the City as defined under Idaho Code §§50-2018(8)
& (9). Attached is the Resolution with Exhibits, a map of the MRA existing boundary, and the 2006 McCall Lake Front Improvement Plan is available on the City website:

RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt Resolution 15-03 determining that six (6) parcels adjacent to the existing Railroad Avenue Urban Renewal Area are a deteriorated or deteriorating area as defined by Idaho Code
§§50-2018(8) & (9) and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
