SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Robert Lyons, a resident of the City of McCall, has requested to speak to Council regarding consideration to amend the McCall City Code to restrict the placement of cell phone and commercial
towers within the city limits and the area of impact. Please see the attached memo from Mr. Lyons.
Per McCall City Code 3.13.04 The Council can choose to initiate this amendment by motion of the Council to direct staff to start the process or the Council can by motion of Council direct
Mr. Lyons to make an application with Planning and Zoning Commission to initiate the process.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
After input from legal counsel and consideration of the proposal determine what appropriate action should be taken
