SUMMARY STATEMENT:
At the May 2105 Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee meeting the Committee voted unanimously to request the McCall City Council approve changing the Advisory Board Charter to eliminate
scheduled meetings during the summer. The intent of this agenda bill is to request a revision of the Parks and Recreation Charter to effect the following change:
The Committee will not meet during the months of June, July and August unless at the request of the Chair, City Manager, City Council, or staff.
Resolution 15-11, the revised charter, and the marked charter are all attached.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve Resolution 15-11 Adopting the Revised Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee Charter and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
