SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The Parks and Recreation Department and the McCall Donnelly Joint School District propose entering into a Memorandum of Understanding between the City and the M/D School District for
joint use of the Tennis Court facilities. This MOU is similar to previous agreements between both parties. The purpose is to maximize use and increase recreational opportunities for
the community. The term will be effective upon signing for a period of three years beginning July 1, 2015.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the MOU between the City and McCall Donnelly Joint School District No. 421 for joint use of the Tennis Court facilities. Authorize the Mayor to sign the Memorandum of Understanding.
