Department Approvals Initials Originator or Supporter   Mayor / Council     City Manager     Clerk     Treasurer     Community Development  Originator   Police Department     Public Works     Golf Course    COST IMPACT: N/A Parks and Recreation    FUNDING SOURCE: N/A Airport      Library    TIMELINE: ASAP Information Systems      Grant Coordinator    SUMMARY STATEMENT: Sabala Whitetail LLC has submitted an application to amend the Whitetail Planned Unit Development (PUD) final plan to: Annex additional property into the PUD, described in the application as the “Timbercrest Property.” Designate the use of the “Timbercrest Property” as Multi-Family Residential. Modify the use of the adjacent “Smith Property” (annexed into the PUD in 2012) from Single Family Residential to Multi-Family Residential. Define the Multi-Family Residential land use within the PUD to allow for Multi-Family, Two-Family and Single-Family uses limited to an average of four units per acre. Provide a phasing plan for development of the “Timbercrest Property” and to amend the phasing plan for development of the “Smith Property” to require that submittal of a preliminary plat for both properties be completed within seven (7) years of approval of this application by the City of McCall. The McCall Area Planning and Zoning Commission, at its June 2, 2015 meeting, held a properly noticed public hearing and unanimously recommended approval of the application to McCall City Council.
