SUMMARY STATEMENT:
A minor subdivision plat amendment application to split one existing commercial platted unit of 6,853 sq. ft. into two smaller commercial units. This unit split does not impact the parking
requirements, footprint area, setbacks, vehicle access, drainage or other aspects of the existing building, nor does it impact other units within the existing building.
At the July 7, 2015, McCall Area Planning and Zoning Commission meeting, the application was unanimously recommended for approval by the McCall City Council.

The complete land use application is available for review during normal business hours in the Community Development Department located at McCall City Hall, 216 E. Park St., McCall, Idaho.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve SUB-15-01, subject to the presented Findings and Conclusions, and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
