SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Staff members have been working to develop a factual brochure and website component to outline the streets plan recently presented to the City Council. The brochure will provide information
about prioritized streets work for completion under the proposed LOT. A website component will provide additional information regarding streets work to be completed under the proposed
LOT as well as necessary work to be completed on other streets within the city in future years.
The intent of this agenda bill is to simply receive City Council feedback and direction for the draft streets brochure and associated website component. The draft brochure will be provided
to City Council members at the Council meeting on 27 August, and a presentation of the website component will accompany the discussion.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Provide direction to city staff for any changes or additions to the draft streets brochure and associated website component.
