SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The Council adopted Ordinance No. 936, Imposing a non-property tax of one percent (1%) on the sales price of all property subject to taxation under Idaho Code 63-3601 items excluding
groceries and motor vehicles and an additional three percent 3% occupancy tax of short term rentals at their August 27, 2015 City Council Meeting. A summary of Ordinance 936 has been
prepared for publication.
Attached is the summary for Ordinance 936.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the summary for Ordinance 936 for publication and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
