SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Cynda Herrick, Valley County P&Z Administrator, has requested that the City of McCall provide a Letter of Intent for the County’s desire to amend the referenced Valley County Code to
make it emulate the current process that is being followed by the City of McCall and Valley County. The letter states that the City does not have any objections to the County proceeding
with the ordinance amendments and does plan to start the renegotiation process.
The Letter of Intent is attached and has been reviewed by the McCall City Attorney.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the Letter of Intent and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
