SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Sherry Maupin, Valley County Economic Development Council President, has requested an opportunity to discuss with the McCall City Council the idea of starting a Recreation District.
Staff has provided a summary of the Idaho State Code regarding the formation of a Recreation District. The letter from Sherry Maupin, the summary, and corresponding state code are attached.
