SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The City of McCall/Golf Department has been approached with a proposal for subleasing the Golf Course Restaurant/Bar during the winter from a period of November 2015 through May 2016.
The requester is Valley CRC Corporation (owners are Ben Reedy and Luke Crawford). This agenda bill will introduce the request and receive general direction, where applicable, from the
Council. Pending the direction received from Council, a subsequent presentation will be made at the November 5, 2015 Council Meeting which will include a draft agreement for consideration
by City Council.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Discuss the proposed sublease and receive general direction from the Council, where needed.
