SUMMARY STATEMENT:
When the Governance Manual was adopted, there was intent to review the manual annually to ensure that it is useful and current. The goal of this work session is to receive feedback from
Council on what they feel is working well with the manual and areas they would like to see some change or clarification. Staff has also put together items that they feel are working
well and items for discussion for possible change or clarification.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Review the Governance Manual and give staff feedback and direction.
